A roof restoration is the process of bringing a tile roof back to as new condition, or as close as possible.
How it Works
The term “Roof Restoration” is usually used in connection with cement tile roofs, as the process includes painting the roof. (We highly advise against painting terracotta tile roofs.)
The roof restoration process includes the following steps.
Replacing broken tiles
High pressure cleaning
Replacing the ridge cap pointing
Painting
This process is usually done over 3-4 days, and both the pointing and painting stages require dry weather.
